    5 Tips on Staying Healthy While Traveling Drink Water This seems like a no brainer right? Think about your travel routine. If your’e anything like me it will probably look like this.     I finally made it to the smallest state in the US! Aside from the humidity (which made my hair look like Monica Geller in Barbados) there’s not much to complain about. Newport The Cru Cafe  is the first stop I made when getting to Newport. It’s perfect for a quick bite to eat when you want something that is fresh and delicious.   Bouchard is an amazing french restaurant and literally everything we ate was delicious. Some of my favorites were the carpaccio and the Homard et St. Jacques Cardinal Gratines.     12 Hours in London

    If you’re attempting to fly across the world from the US chances are that you are going to end up with a stop over in a European city. Many times the stop over ends up being a lot longer than you anticipated.
